The project activities are structured into three main work packages, each focusing on specific tasks to ensure the project's success.
This work package is dedicated to the overall management of the project, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan. It also includes quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project. Additionally, dissemination activities are organized to share the project's progress and outcomes with a wider audience, ensuring visibility and engagement.
This work package focuses on developing and deploying the project's core tools:
a1: Toolkit Definition and Implementation: This activity involves defining the key components of the toolkit that will be used in the project. Once defined, these components are implemented to create a functional and effective toolkit.
a2: Moodle Platform, Digital Contents, and Transnational Training for Teachers: In this activity, a Moodle platform is developed, hosting digital contents that are essential for the project's educational goals. Additionally, a transnational training program for teachers is conducted, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use the toolkit.
a3: Toolkit Piloting in Schools: The toolkit is then piloted in various schools to test its effectiveness and gather initial feedback. This piloting phase is crucial for identifying any potential improvements before wider implementation.
This work package focuses on refining the project through two key activities:
a1: Piloting Outcomes and Feedback Collection and Analysis: After the toolkit has been piloted in schools, the outcomes and feedback are carefully collected and analyzed. This data is essential for understanding how well the toolkit works in real-world settings and what adjustments may be needed.
a2: Guidelines Modelling and Validation: Based on the analysis of the piloting phase, guidelines are modeled to ensure they align with the project's goals. These guidelines are then validated to ensure they are practical, effective, and ready for broader implementation.
